Full-Stack Developer & Quant

Base requirements
• Mastery of Python.
• Proficiency with web development. Flask and Dash experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Linux systems, including task automation, remote server management, and bash scripting.
• Proficiency with database management and SQL. Experience with MySQL and SQLAlchemy preferred.
• Proficiency performing complex statistical analysis and backtesting on large datasets using Python (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
• US citizenship or at least five years of US employment authorization.

Junior Quant Trader

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in math, physics, or similar quantitative field.
• Proficiency with python and data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Sklearn, etc.).
• US citizenship or at least three years of US employment authorization (e.g., STEM OPT or TN visa).
• Gumption.
The Junior Quant Trader position involves an exciting mix of quantitative analysis, alpha research, and hands-on trading responsibilities. During market hours, Junior Quant Traders actively trade on fast-paced markets with our trading team. After market hours, they work with our quant team to build and improve trading strategies.
